General Surveys allow you to build a
questionnaire which is unrelated to a customer case.
When a customer logs into ServiceTraq, if there are
any general surveys that he has not taken, they are
displayed on the main screen.
ServiceTraq's survey builder allows
you to easily create the form through an interactive
builder. Survey results are available to Administrators,
and have no effect on case, individual customer, or
CSR statistics.
Each survey may have any questions you
desire, and you may have as many surveys as you like.
ServiceTraq's General Surveys are an excellent
way to measure the temperature of your customers, get feedback
on new ideas, or anything you want to gather statistics on.
Unlike all other ServiceTraq features, the results from general
surveys have no effect on other statistics, such as Exit Surveys
or case-related data. This will allow you to get information
from your customers without skewing csr performance results,
customer satisfaction measurements, or anything else in the
system.
Despite the detachment from other ServiceTraq
data, General surveys can take advantage of ServiceTraq's
powerful reporting options.
