ONLINE SUPPORT OPTIONS
All Cyberspace HQ support is managed through our
ServiceTraq system. To log in and create an account (if you
don't already have one), click the graphic below. ServiceTraq
accounts are free, and only require an e-mail address and
a password in order to protect your privacy. Once in the system,
we offer knowledge base search, live chat and the ability
to commicate with our technical specialists through online
messaging, as well as view all of your past technical support
history. Cases created in Servicetraq typically receive a
response within 2 hours during our business hours.

TELEPHONE SUPPORT
Cyberspace HQ offers telephone support to customers that have
active case numbers created through ServiceTraq. If you would
like to receive telephone support, please login to ServiceTraq
through the link above and create a new case through the messaging
system. Once you have done this, you will be given a case
number. When calling our telephone support lines, be sure
to offer your case number for fastest service.
E-MAIL SUPPORT
Cyberspace HQ no longer provides technical support via traditional
e-mail. Since lost e-mail and filtered e-mail often causes
lost communication, in order to provide you with the best
service, we ask that you use our ServiceTraq system for e-support.
Should you not wish to use ServiceTraq, and prefer e-mail,
please call us and we will oblige. However, please note that
while our response time goal is 2 hours for ServiceTraq messages,
it is 48 hours with traditional e-mail. This is due to the
efficiency with which we can respond in the ServiceTraq system
as opposed to traditional e-mail. |
